Cannabis Delivery FAQ

ORDERS AND FEES

 Check out our cannabis delivery FAQ’s regarding our orders and fees.

  • What is the minimum order?

    The minimum order is $55 before discounts.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    For orders under $55, there is a delivery fee of $10. Anything over $55 qualifies for free delivery.

  • How early do I have to place my order?

    You can place an order at any time, the store is open for online orders 24 hours, however, we will only process them between 9am and 8pm. Please refer to Delivery Details for specific information about delivery schedule and zones.

  • Can I edit my order once it’s been ordered?

    Orders can be adjusted as long as they have not been sent out for delivery. If your order is within that window, give us a call and we’ll do our best to get it fixed.

  • Can I order over the phone instead of online?

    Our ordering system is online, however, for customers who don’t have internet access or the ability to place online orders, we will accept their order over the phone.

  • Can I pick up my order instead?

    We are a delivery-only business, but we will work with you to find a delivery time that works.

  • How can I order on demand? Do I have to live in a specific area? Are there specific hours?

    On-demand ordering is on its way, stay tuned!

  • Why did my order get cancelled? Will I be charged for a cancelled order?

    Orders will not be charged if an order is cancelled. If you were charged, contact us and we will issue a refund. 

  • Can I see my order history?

    Yes! Create an account to see your order history. 

  • Can I order for someone else?

    You must only order for yourself.

  • What proof of ID is required?

    We require a valid, non-expired government-issued identification such as a driver’s license, ID card or passport.

  • How much can I order at a time?

    For recreational users you can buy up to one ounce of flower and/or 8 grams of concentrate.


    For medicinal users up to 8 ounces total cannabis products (flower and concentrate). More if recommendation indicated a need.

PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

  • Do I need to download an app?

    No app downloads needed, you can order online at ecomeds.com.

  • How do I pay?/Can I pay with cash?

    We accept cash and debit card payments on delivery, or you can prepay online using Stronghold.

  • What type of payment is Stronghold?

    We use ACH (electronic, bank to bank transfers) to facilitate your payment.

  • How do I change, add, or deactivate a linked bank account with Stronghold?

    Changing and Adding a New Bank Account

    With Stronghold, you're able to add multiple bank accounts at once, and they'll be saved for the next time you order!


    To add a new bank account, all you have to do is wait for the next time you're going to order from Ecomeds.com, and you'll be prompted to link an account upon checkout.


    You should see a button that says Link Bank Account, Pay online, Pay with Bank Account, or something similar.


    Unlinking or Deactivating Your Bank Account

    If you'd like to remove a bank account or unlink your bank account, you can do so the next time you order from Ecomeds.com.


    Either during checkout, or afterward when you receive a link to pay, you'll see a list of the bank accounts you've already linked.


    You can then click Remove next to the account you no longer want to have linked to your profile.


    If you are not going to reorder and simply want the account deactivated, you can request for us to deactivate your account, or email Stronghold at happiness@stronghold.co with your Name, Phone, and Email and last 4 digits of the account.

  • If I pay with Stronghold, when are funds taken out of my bank account?

    The transaction typically appears the same day.

  • If I pay with Stronghold, what information is provided to Ecomeds?

    Your personal financial information is never shared outside of Stronghold.


    Stronghold will provide Ecomeds with your full name, email address, and phone number associated with your profile.

  • If I pay with Stronghold, what are my transaction limits?

    The total dollar amount of your purchase after taxes cannot exceed $999.99 over 60 hours.


    State and local limits on the amount of product you can purchase are still in effect.

  • If I pay with Stronghold, how do I cancel a payment?

    Please contact Ecomeds directly if you wish to cancel your payment for an order that has not yet been delivered.


    If your order has been confirmed and delivered, your payment has been authorized and you cannot cancel the payment.

  • If I pay with Stronghold, can I tip after receiving my order?

    If you'd like to add a tip for your driver after receiving your order, check your phone for a text with a link to add tip.


    You'll see a screen pop up and you can select a pre-set amount, or hit Enter Custom Amount.


  • Why can't I complete my purchase with Stronghold?

    Currently we are experiencing limited connectivity at the following institutions - Wells Fargo, Capital One, PNC, CitiBank, Fremont Bank, and Gain Federal Credit Union.


    Common reasons why the payment isn't going through -

    Bank Not Supported


    We have close to 12,000 connections to both large and small financial institutions across the country, and it's possible that some of the smaller credit unions are sometimes unsupported.


    Security Verification


    When you attempt to link your checking account you need to pass the security steps that are set up for the account. If you cannot do this successfully (i.e. answer security questions or complete a 2FA request), you won't be able to link your account.


    Insufficient Balance


    If you do not have a sufficient balance in your account to cover the purchase, you will not be able to finish the transaction with Stronghold.

  • What is the return policy?

    All sales are final. Check Product Issues below for specific situations.

  • Product Issues

    If a product has a manufacturing malfunction, call us and we’ll contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

  • Do you carry hemp-derived CBD?

    We do not carry hemp-derived CBD, but if you are interested in learning why cannabis-derived CBD might be a better option for you, click here.

  • How does the rewards program work?

    Every dollar spent equals one loyalty point. You can redeem rewards such as accessories, apparel and discounts using your loyalty points. You can also earn loyalty points by recycling with us. Learn more about our recycling program here.

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We currently deliver to most of Ventura county. Check if you’re in our area here!

  • Can you ship it to me if I’m outside of your area?

    Once it is legal to do so, we promise we will. For now, call your local representative to help us get there!

  • Will you alert me when the delivery is on the way?

    Yep! We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

  • Can I track my order/the driver?

    Yes! You will receive your tracking information via text when you place your order.

  • Can I get a delivery to somewhere other than my home?

    We will only deliver to residential addresses. We cannot meet you at any other location that is not your residential address.

  • Can I get a hold of my driver?

    We’ll send you updates when your order is out for delivery for you to do so.

  • How do I tip my driver?

    You can tip your driver in cash.

  • What do I do if something I ordered wasn’t in my delivery?

    Contact us and we’ll make things right. 

  • Is this legal?

    Yes. What a wonderful time to be alive!
