The minimum order is $55 before discounts.
For orders under $55, there is a delivery fee of $10. Anything over $55 qualifies for free delivery.
You can place an order at any time, the store is open for online orders 24 hours, however, we will only process them between 9am and 8pm. Please refer to Delivery Details for specific information about delivery schedule and zones.
Orders can be adjusted as long as they have not been sent out for delivery. If your order is within that window, give us a call and we’ll do our best to get it fixed.
Our ordering system is online, however, for customers who don’t have internet access or the ability to place online orders, we will accept their order over the phone.
We are a delivery-only business, but we will work with you to find a delivery time that works.

Orders will not be charged if an order is cancelled. If you were charged, contact us and we will issue a refund.

We require a valid, non-expired government-issued identification such as a driver’s license, ID card or passport.

For recreational users you can buy up to one ounce of flower and/or 8 grams of concentrate.
For medicinal users up to 8 ounces total cannabis products (flower and concentrate). More if recommendation indicated a need.

No app downloads needed, you can order online at ecomeds.com.
We accept cash and debit card payments on delivery, or you can prepay online using Stronghold.
We use ACH (electronic, bank to bank transfers) to facilitate your payment.
Changing and Adding a New Bank Account
With Stronghold, you're able to add multiple bank accounts at once, and they'll be saved for the next time you order!
To add a new bank account, all you have to do is wait for the next time you're going to order from Ecomeds.com, and you'll be prompted to link an account upon checkout.
You should see a button that says Link Bank Account, Pay online, Pay with Bank Account, or something similar.
Unlinking or Deactivating Your Bank Account
If you'd like to remove a bank account or unlink your bank account, you can do so the next time you order from Ecomeds.com.
Either during checkout, or afterward when you receive a link to pay, you'll see a list of the bank accounts you've already linked.
You can then click Remove next to the account you no longer want to have linked to your profile.
If you are not going to reorder and simply want the account deactivated, you can request for us to deactivate your account, or email Stronghold at happiness@stronghold.co with your Name, Phone, and Email and last 4 digits of the account.
The transaction typically appears the same day.
Your personal financial information is never shared outside of Stronghold.
Stronghold will provide Ecomeds with your full name, email address, and phone number associated with your profile.
The total dollar amount of your purchase after taxes cannot exceed $999.99 over 60 hours.
State and local limits on the amount of product you can purchase are still in effect.
Please contact Ecomeds directly if you wish to cancel your payment for an order that has not yet been delivered.
If your order has been confirmed and delivered, your payment has been authorized and you cannot cancel the payment.
If you'd like to add a tip for your driver after receiving your order, check your phone for a text with a link to add tip.
You'll see a screen pop up and you can select a pre-set amount, or hit Enter Custom Amount.
Currently we are experiencing limited connectivity at the following institutions - Wells Fargo, Capital One, PNC, CitiBank, Fremont Bank, and Gain Federal Credit Union.
Common reasons why the payment isn't going through -
Bank Not Supported
We have close to 12,000 connections to both large and small financial institutions across the country, and it's possible that some of the smaller credit unions are sometimes unsupported.
Security Verification
When you attempt to link your checking account you need to pass the security steps that are set up for the account. If you cannot do this successfully (i.e. answer security questions or complete a 2FA request), you won't be able to link your account.
Insufficient Balance
If you do not have a sufficient balance in your account to cover the purchase, you will not be able to finish the transaction with Stronghold.

If a product has a manufacturing malfunction, call us and we’ll contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
